The “data-id” part is unique for your store; therefore, you need to copy this part of the code exactly the way it’s presented for your shopping cart to function properly. Whereas ”data -type” is where you choose the position of your shopping cart button and ”data text” is where you change its text. .
Irrespective of the WordPress theme that your website carries, you can add a nice PayPal sidebar widget onto your website with this PayPal Simple Donation Widget. @Anwar, I just checked one of the buttons. Are you using your live PayPal account credentials in test mode? For testing you need to use a sandbox account created at https://developer.paypal.com/. Alternatively you can disable test mode in the plugin settings.
